I. Product Characteristics

*** A two-handed control switch is used to ensure the safety of the operator.

*** There is an emergency stop switch. Press the emergency stop switch when necessary, and the cylinder pressure will stop and return to the original state.

*** For convenient, accurate and level adjustment, positioning holes are provided on both the column and the adjustment plate. Each hole has a locating pin for easy positioning. 

*** Upon request, five thermocouples are provided to heat the product. 

*** Except for the front operating side, the machine is enclosed by three steel plates secured to the columns with screws, preventing unauthorized access to the working area.

The Third SemesterHOW TO USE ：

1、Plug in, turn onPower SwitchThe machine starts to power on.

2、Place the product, plug in the socket of the thermocouple, and the thermocouple starts to heat up.

3、Wait for the thermocouple to heat up toAt 400 degrees, insert the air pipe and turn on the air pressure switch. At this point, inflation starts in the cylinder.

4、Press both switches to lower the cylinder (the lowering speed is adjustable). After pressing the product, the timer starts; after five minutes the cylinder rises and returns to its initial position.

4 Years<g id="Bold">Precautions:</g>

1、Adopt a two-hand pressing switch, and operate strictly with one hand or two people when working.

2、There is an emergency stop switch on the right hand side, press it if necessary to stop the machine.

3、Sealed with iron plates on the left, right and rear of the machine platform for the safety of personnel，When heated, there will be a temperature on the iron plate, and it is strictly forbidden to touch it,to avoid burns.

4. Turn off the power when you do not use it for a long time or go outand air supply。

Attention:

1. After inserting the power cord into the socket on the rear of the equipment, make sure it is firmly connected. A loose connection may arc and damage the power socket.
