During touch-screen production, untreated copper has high metallic visibility and reflectivity, making circuit traces noticeable. The XTM8005 process reduces copper reflectivity while preserving good electrical conductivity.
It is characterized by:
1. Single-liquid potion with simple control and easy operation.
2. Good conductivity, low resistance influence.
3. The Murray interference ripple under high pixels is small, which can greatly reduce the cost compared with the traditional palladium sulfate system.
1. Grooving
Steps:
Calculate ●the amount of each component required for the specific tank volume based on the above concentration
●Add about half of the tank volume of deionized water to the washed cylinder to start the cycle
●Add the desired amount of copper blackening agent XTM 8005
●Fill water to the appropriate tank volume scale
●Heat to the appropriate operating temperature, analyze and adjust the potion

IV. Security
XTM8005 copper blackening agent is a strong oxidizer. Store away from combustible materials and reducing agents. Wear personal protective equipment, avoid direct contact and mist inhalation, and do not reuse contaminated clothing.

VI. Analytical Methods
Content of copper blackening agent XTM8005 in the analytical bath:
Reagent：
●0.1mol/L Sodium Thiosulfate Standard Solution
●Starch Indicator
●40% sodium hydroxide, analytically pure
●50% sulfuric acid solution, analytically pure
●100 g/l potassium iodide, analytically pure
Instrument:
●2ml pipette
●10ml pipette
●250ml Tapered Bottle with Plug
●25ml burette
Steps:
● Place 10 ml of sample in a stoppered 250 ml conical flask. Add 50 ml DI water and 3.5 ml of 40% sodium hydroxide and mix. Add 10 ml of 50% sulfuric acid and 2 ml of 100 g/L potassium iodide, stopper and keep in the dark for 5 minutes.
● Add another 50 ml DI water and 2 ml starch indicator and mix. Titrate with 0.1 mol/L sodium thiosulfate until the solution changes from brown to reddish brown; record the consumed volume V.
Calculation formula: Copper blackening agent XTM8005 (ml/l) = V (ml) × 13.87

Analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometer (AA machine).
